Our client is seeking a junior- to mid-level associate with 3-4 years of experience to join their Commercial Litigation group. The successful candidate will work with renowned companies across various industries, handling a variety of matters in federal and state courts. Qualifications include experience in complex commercial litigation, courtroom experience, and prior experience with a top-tier law firm. The candidate must have a strong academic record, including a J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited school, and must be admitted to practice law in California. Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional project management skills, effective and persuasive writing and oral communication skills, the ability to manage a complex workload, and the professional commitment and interpersonal skills necessary to succeed in a collaborative team environment.
