Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a mid-level Associate to join their Commercial Litigation practice group. The ideal candidate will be based in Los Angeles or Century City and should have 5-7 years of litigation experience, including drafting briefs and motions, handling fact and expert discovery, deposition and trial preparation, and conducting depositions, cross examinations, and other oral advocacy. Federal clerkship experience and fluency in Spanish are highly desirable. The role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile cases across various industries such as energy, mining, real estate, and entertainment, and to collaborate with the International Arbitration and Investigations and White Collar groups. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a proven track record of insightful research and analysis, and persuasive writing abilities. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution and admission to the California Bar, active and in good standing, are required.
