Description
Our client, a leading national law firm based in Orlando, is seeking a mid-level associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their Commercial Litigation Practice. The ideal candidate will have a wide range of experience in general commercial litigation, including preparing pleadings, initiating and responding to paper discovery, taking and defending depositions, and drafting and arguing dispositive motions. Federal and state court litigation experience is required, along with excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, oral advocacy, and discovery skills. Exceptional project management skills, the ability to manage a fast-paced, complex workload, and a professional commitment to succeed in a collaborative team environment are also necessary. Candidates must be admitted to practice law in Florida. Experience in product liability, ADA, construction, real estate, or class action litigation, as well as prior federal law clerk experience, are considered pluses.
