COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (1109)

Our client, a national law firm with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with four to five years of experience for their Denver office. The ideal candidate should have experience in all phases of complex commercial litigation, including factual investigations, discovery, pleadings, depositions, motions, mediation, and client communication. Experience in both state and federal court is preferred, and experience in administrative matters and arbitrations is beneficial. Second-chair experience at trial or arbitration is preferred but not required. The candidate will primarily work with attorneys in the Food Systems business unit and assist with construction disputes. Superior interpersonal skills, excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure are essential. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Candidates should have an active Colorado bar license or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
