Description
Our client, a prominent law firm with offices across the U.S., is seeking a mid-level litigation associate with three to five years of experience to join their commercial litigation practice in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex litigation, a strong knowledge of civil procedure and evidence, and exposure to white collar matters and/or entity governance litigation in the Delaware Chancery Court. The role involves representing a wide range of local and national clients in all types of complex litigation in local, state, and federal courts, at both trial and appellate levels. Excellent academic credentials and writing and communication skills are required. Admission to the Delaware bar is preferred.
