The firm is renowned for its expertise in complex financial structures, strategic transactions, and business relationships. With a team of 250 lawyers, they have the capacity to litigate and defend clients' interests in domestic and cross-border commercial matters globally. They represent a wide range of business clients, from emerging companies to multinational corporations, across various sectors. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of experience working on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts and will be responsible for all phases of discovery, as well as research and writing.
