Our client, a top-tier law firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join their team in Greenville, South Carolina. This role offers a unique opportunity to support a large and sophisticated body of litigation work within a vibrant, culturally diverse community transitioning from a textile hub to a technology center. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in general commercial litigation, product liability, and other complex litigation matters. Responsibilities include drafting and arguing discovery and other motions, managing document productions, and taking and defending depositions. Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills, strong academic credentials, and admission to and good standing with the State Bar of South Carolina are required.
