Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm with a strong national presence, is seeking a midlevel associate with 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation to join their team in Miami or Fort Lauderdale. The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, outstanding academic credentials, and a juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Applicants should be admitted to and in good standing with the Florida Bar. The role involves supporting various aspects of commercial litigation including franchise, intellectual property rights, real estate, and general commercial disputes. The candidate will be expected to take on significant responsibilities, work well within a team, and participate in marketing and business development activities such as client pitches and presentations.
