COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (1509)
Description
Our client, a prestigious national law firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate for their Austin office. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, including conducting factual investigations, discovery, preparing pleadings, depositions, motion arguments, and mediation. Experience in state and federal courts is preferred, with additional experience in administrative matters and arbitrations being beneficial. Exposure to construction litigation and a judicial clerkship in a federal court are also preferred but not mandatory. Applicants must possess an excellent academic record, superb writing skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. A proactive, dynamic, and team-oriented approach is essential. Candidates must hold a Texas bar license or commit to obtaining one promptly.
