The role requires a candidate with 2 to 7 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, adept at handling a diverse range of cases including financial fraud, securities, contract breaches, and construction litigation among others. Applicants must be proficient in all litigation stages, from motion preparation and depositions to trial preparations. Admission to the Texas Bar is mandatory.
