Description
Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join their sophisticated Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of complex litigation experience, proven analytic skills, and excellent academic credentials. Responsibilities include working on all aspects of commercial litigation from inception through trials and appeals, drafting complex case evaluations, preparing briefs, pleadings, motions, and other documents, managing complex disputes, overseeing discovery processes, taking and defending depositions, working with clients, witnesses, experts, and other counsel, and conducting legal research and writing memoranda.
