Our client is seeking a real estate associate to join their leading Energy & Infrastructure practice in any of their U.S. offices. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of real estate experience, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sector, with expertise in handling transactions related to wind, solar, and battery storage projects. Essential skills include reviewing and advising on title and survey issues. The role involves guiding clients through the project lifecycle, including development, M&A transactions, and financing. Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be eager to work in emerging areas of energy and infrastructure. Strong academic credentials, superior communication skills, and State Bar membership are required.
