Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate with over one year of experience to join their trust and estate controversy group in Chicago, IL. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Illinois Bar. While specific experience in trust and estate controversy is not required, an interest in trust, estate, and guardianship litigation and administration is essential. The ideal candidate will have trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience. They should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and possess exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills, along with strong academic credentials and interpersonal communication abilities.
