Our client, a prestigious national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated associate for their Commercial Litigation Practice Group in Salt Lake City. This role offers exceptional experience working with seasoned attorneys and clients. Ideal candidates will have a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and superb writing and communication skills. Applicants should have 2-5 years of experience in complex litigation, including managing all elements of case work-up and trial preparation, drafting and reviewing discovery and motions, depositions, settlement negotiations, and court appearances.
