Description
Our client seeks an associate with 4–6 years of robust commercial litigation experience to join their Commercial Litigation practice group in New York. The ideal candidate will be ready to take on significant responsibilities in managing cases and engaging directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts. Judicial Clerkship experience is preferred. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, strong writing, and analytical skills. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active New York Bar membership in good standing are required.
