Our client is seeking an associate with a minimum of three years of experience in bankruptcy, workout, and commercial litigation to join their Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy practice group in Atlanta. The role involves representing lenders, secured and unsecured creditors, and businesses in various restructuring and insolvency matters, including default resolutions, collections, repossessions, loan workouts, and bankruptcy-related cases in both federal and state courts. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic bankruptcy practice with significant client interaction. Candidates should possess excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills, along with good judgment and attention to detail.
