Our client is seeking a mid-level litigation associate with three to five years of experience to join their Corporate Governance Litigation and Delaware Chancery practice in Wilmington, DE. Recognized by Chambers USA and Best Lawyers, the practice focuses on entity litigation, including breach of fiduciary duty, shareholder disputes, and M&A governance issues, and handles complex litigation in Delaware state and federal courts. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research and writing skills, experience in corporate and commercial litigation, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Excellent academic credentials and communication skills are required, and admission to the Delaware bar is preferred.
