COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (1946)
Description
Our client is seeking a highly skilled 3rd or 4th year associate to join their Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation, with expertise in legal research, superior writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in state and federal courts. Experience in complex commercial litigation, including SEC investigations, publicly traded companies, M&A, and tort litigation, is preferred. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, conducting depositions, and assisting with discovery, trial preparation, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
