Our client, a prestigious national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated associate for their Commercial Litigation Practice Group in Phoenix. This role offers exceptional experience working with seasoned attorneys and clients. Ideal candidates will have a strong academic background, solid law firm experience, and excellent writing and communication skills. Applicants should have 2-5 years of experience in complex litigation, including managing case work-up, trial preparation, drafting and reviewing discovery and motions, depositions, settlement negotiations, and court appearances.
