Description
Our client, a global law firm with a strong strategic focus and collaborative culture, is seeking a 5-6 year associate to join their Commercial Litigation Team in the Disputes group at their Dallas office. The ideal candidate should possess general commercial litigation experience, including drafting briefs and pleadings, handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, and addressing complex factual and legal issues. Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, verbal, writing, and case management skills are required. Candidates must be admitted to and in good standing with the Texas Bar.
