COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (2091)
Description
Our client is seeking an associate with three to five years of experience to join their robust commercial litigation practice in Philadelphia. Ideal candidates will have a background in complex litigation, a strong understanding of civil procedure and evidence rules, and preferably some exposure to investigations or white-collar matters. This role offers the chance to be part of a sophisticated nationwide litigation practice within a dynamic and team-oriented environment. The litigation department handles a wide range of complex cases for local, national, and international clients in various courts. Candidates should possess superior academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and strong written work product. An active bar license in PA is preferred.
