Our client is seeking an associate with 4-5 years of commercial litigation experience and outstanding academic credentials to join their highly regarded Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in Pittsburgh. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing cases from inception to conclusion, conducting factual investigations, drafting legal documents, and preparing for and conducting depositions, hearings, and trials. This role requires a proactive individual who can work both independently and as part of a team, with a focus on developing and growing their legal practice.
