Description
Our client’s Los Angeles office is seeking a commercial litigation law associate with a minimum of two years of experience to join their construction litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have complex commercial litigation experience in the construction industry, representing project owners, developers, contractors, and design professionals in all stages of litigation, including motions practice, discovery, and preparation for hearings in state and federal court and for international arbitration. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.
