Description
Our client is seeking an associate with 4-5 years of commercial litigation experience and outstanding academic credentials to join their Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in Pittsburgh. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing cases from inception to conclusion, conducting factual investigations, drafting legal documents, and preparing for and conducting depositions and trials. Responsibilities include interacting with clients, conducting and managing all aspects of discovery, and assisting in business development and marketing opportunities. This role offers the chance to work within a dynamic team and gain meaningful experience in a global law firm environment.
