Description
Our client is seeking a litigation associate to join their New York office. This role involves focused reading, writing, crafting arguments, and mastering various areas of law within a cohesive and collaborative team. Candidates should have 3-5 years of general commercial litigation experience, including strong research, writing, and advocacy skills, as well as experience with depositions, case management, drafting complaints and motions, conducting discovery, and appearing in federal and state courts. Strong academic credentials and admission to the New York bar are required, with New Jersey bar admittance being a plus.
