Description
Our client, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm in Orange County, CA, is seeking an associate attorney to join its Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, handling cases such as financial fraud, securities, breach of contract, fiduciary duties, partnership and shareholder disputes, loan disputes, construction litigation, and UCC litigation. Candidates must be adept in all litigation facets, including motions, depositions, discovery, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation. Admission to the California Bar or awaiting bar results is required. The practice handles state and federal litigation, appeals, and regulatory proceedings for a diverse clientele, including Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and individuals across various industries.
