COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (2541)
Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Litigation Group, working with regional and national clients on complex commercial litigation matters, including healthcare, media, and First Amendment issues. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, including working with expert witnesses, fact development, depositions, and drafting discovery responses, briefs, and motions. Trial and clerkship experience are highly preferred. Candidates must have a strong academic record with a J.D. from a nationally recognized school and be admitted to practice in Georgia or eligible for waiver admission. Exceptional project management, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage a fast-paced workload are essential.
