Our client is seeking a senior associate with 6-8 years of experience to join their Commercial Litigation Group in Phoenix. The ideal candidate will have a background in complex commercial litigation, with experience in leading multiple matters, managing day-to-day client interactions, and handling various litigation tasks such as researching legal issues, drafting memoranda and motions, court appearances, discovery processes, and depositions. A strong academic record, along with the skills, enthusiasm, and commitment to pursue partnership, is essential.
