COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (2644)
Description
Our client, a national law firm with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate for their virtual office. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in complex commercial litigation, including conducting factual investigations, discovery, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, arguing motions, participating in mediation, and client communication. An active Florida bar license and current practice in Florida are required. Experience in both state and federal courts, administrative matters, and arbitrations is preferred, with second-chair trial or arbitration experience being beneficial. Exposure to construction litigation and a federal judicial clerkship are advantageous. Candidates must possess an excellent academic record, superb writing skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects effectively.
