Description
Our client, a prominent Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its expanding litigation team in Chicago. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of litigation services, including commercial litigation, product liability, securities, trade secret, and bankruptcy matters, with a focus on industries such as energy, aerospace, automobile, and life sciences. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in general commercial litigation and complex litigation matters, including products liability, and will be skilled in drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and managing document productions. Strong oral and written advocacy skills, excellent academic credentials, and admission to the Illinois Bar are required.
