COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (2790)
Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate with a minimum of three years’ experience to join its commercial litigation group in Los Angeles. Preferred candidates will have clerkship and law-firm experience, including managing cases, drafting and researching pleadings and contested motions, taking depositions, and handling written discovery and responses. Experience or interest in complex litigation, particularly consumer class actions and business litigation, is highly valued, as is experience with trademark and trade secret cases. Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills are essential. The ideal candidate will share a commitment to client service, empathy for clients' needs, and the ability to deliver what matters most.
