Description
Our client seeks an associate to join its Austin office. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in sophisticated commercial litigation matters, with additional experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts being a plus. The candidate must possess excellent legal research and writing skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong, positive presence and advocacy ability. Stellar academics, along with entrepreneurial drive and initiative, are preferred. TX bar admission is required.
