Description
Our client is seeking a commercial litigation associate with 3-5 years of experience for their Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation procedures, including responding to pleadings, drafting motions, and managing document-intensive matters. Familiarity with M&A dispute issues and experience overseeing multiple workflows and junior attorneys is preferred. Candidates must possess strong academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively while maintaining a commitment to client service. Pennsylvania Bar admission and good standing are required. The successful candidate will join a high-performance team that values mutual respect and teamwork.
