Description
Our client is seeking a litigation associate to join their San Francisco office's Litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to work within a cohesive and collaborative team on a diverse range of multidisciplinary practices, engaging closely with senior colleagues and participating in business development and client-facing activities. Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of complex commercial litigation experience, strong research, writing, and advocacy skills, and experience in case management, discovery, oral arguments, depositions, and trial preparation. Exposure to class action defense is preferred. Candidates must hold a J.D. degree with strong academic credentials and be admitted to practice in California or in the process of obtaining admission.
