Description
Our client is seeking a litigation associate to join their Litigation team in Dallas. This role offers the opportunity to work within a cohesive and collaborative team on a diverse multidisciplinary practice, engaging closely with senior colleagues and participating in business development and client-facing activities. Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of general commercial litigation experience, including deposition and case management, strong research and brief writing skills, and experience with energy or regulatory litigation matters involving the Public Utility Commission of Texas. A J.D. degree, strong academic credentials, and admission to the State Bar of Texas in good standing are required.
