COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (3065)
Description
Our client is seeking two associates to join their commercial litigation practice. Ideal candidates will possess 1 to 3 years of litigation experience, including drafting correspondence, briefs, and motions, as well as handling fact discovery. Experience in deposition and trial preparation is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, a history of academic and professional excellence, and proficiency in project management, research, analysis, and writing. The role involves working with lawyers in the Los Angeles office and may focus on consumer litigation, including class action defense and unfair competition, or international disputes involving cross-border arbitration. The position offers the opportunity to collaborate with various practice groups, including investigations, white-collar defense, and general commercial litigation. Successful candidates will be self-starters ready to take on significant responsibilities within high-performing, collaborative teams across multiple offices.
