Our client, a prestigious international law firm, is seeking a dedicated associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation or judicial clerkship to join their team in Menlo Park or San Francisco. The ideal candidate will possess strong research and writing skills, excellent law school credentials, and preferably have experience as a former judicial clerk. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal abilities are essential. While a California bar admission is preferred, it is not mandatory.
