Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level commercial litigation associate to join their Litigation group, specifically within the Business and Commercial subgroup, at their Miami office. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently. Essential skills include demonstrated oral and written communication, leadership, research, problem-solving, and the ability to influence and manage effectively. Candidates should be able to multi-task and prioritize efficiently. A Juris Doctor degree with Florida Bar admission is required, while New York admission and federal court clerkship experience are considered advantageous. Applicants should have law firm experience and a strong litigation background from 2020 to 2023.
