Our client, a highly recognized law firm, is seeking a 4th- to 5th-year level associate to support their expanding commercial litigation practice, with a focus on large-scale, global construction and energy disputes. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a team renowned for its exceptional client service and associate development opportunities. Applicants should have complex litigation experience at a large law firm or civil litigation boutique, with a keen interest in construction and energy disputes. Strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral advocacy skills, and Texas bar admission (or eligibility for the next exam) are required. A background in construction, engineering, or architectural projects is beneficial, but a willingness to learn about these areas is sufficient.
