Description
Our client, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an attorney to join its Commercial Litigation Practice in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in complex commercial litigation, including landlord and tenant litigation, premises liability, HOA and landlord-tenant compliance, and real estate. The role involves handling all phases of litigation, such as drafting and reviewing pleadings, conducting legal research and analysis, motion practice, and oral advocacy. Superior writing skills, strong analytical and research abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential. Admission to the Georgia Bar is required.
