The successful candidate will be responsible for developing litigation strategies for a variety of matters, including complex commercial litigation, business-tort litigation, internal corporate investigations, and corporate governance matters. They will also advise a diverse range of clients across multiple industries, review legal documents for complex matters, and play a key role in vetting and calibrating advice on a global basis.
