Description
Our client, a prominent national law firm, is seeking a Product Liability/Commercial Litigation Associate or Senior Counsel to join their virtual office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience, reside in Pennsylvania, and hold an active Pennsylvania bar license, with additional licensure in New Jersey or New York being advantageous. The role involves working with the Technology, Manufacturing, and Transportation business unit, requiring expertise in all phases of civil litigation within commercial and product liability contexts, including mediation, arbitration, and substantive motion practice in Pennsylvania courts. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
