Description
Our client is seeking associates from class years 2021-2017 with securitization experience to join their Global Finance group. The team represents issuers, underwriters, servicers, and investors across the CRE securitization and CMBS marketplace, having been involved in a significant portion of all CMBS issuance and acting as issuer’s counsel on many CRE CLOs. The practice is highly ranked in industry publications such as Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 US. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in preparing bid letters, negotiating confidentiality agreements, and drafting securitization disclosure and operative documents. Experience as a key member of deal teams, managing transactions from due diligence through closing, and large law firm experience is strongly preferred.
