Description
Our client, a reputable law firm based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Senior Associate or Senior Counsel with 4-6 years of commercial real estate experience. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in commercial real estate leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and development. Additional qualifications include prior experience in title and survey review, environmental matters, title insurance, permitting and entitlements, zoning, and equity/debt investment structures.
