Our client is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of transactional real estate experience. Ideal candidates will have expertise in commercial real estate, including retail, leasing, property acquisition, development, and entity formation, along with general corporate transactional experience such as due diligence, dispositions, contracts, and financing. The role requires an entrepreneurial personality and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. For more experienced applicants, a small book of business is preferred. Top credentials are necessary, with a desire to thrive in a small firm environment. Associates will receive immediate, substantial client contact and responsibility, with a focus on client service rather than billable hours.
