Description
Our client’s Commercial Real Estate Group is seeking an associate with a minimum of two years of law firm experience to join their Tysons office. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of commercial real estate experience, particularly in acquisition, disposition, and leasing transactions, and must be proficient in title and survey due diligence. Borrower-side financing experience is advantageous but not mandatory. The role involves working with Chambers-ranked partners and handling complex transactions for a diverse client base, including national and regional developers, REITs, equity investors, owners, and operators. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, outstanding academic credentials, a juris doctorate from an accredited law school, and be admitted to the Virginia bar.
