Description
Our client is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join their nationally recognized communications practice. The role involves representing telecommunications, cable, wireless, and other service providers in matters before the Federal Communications Commission and state public utility commissions. Candidates with previous experience at the FCC or a state communications regulatory agency, or at least one year of law firm experience as a regulatory associate, are preferred. However, recent law school graduates and litigation associates looking to specialize are also welcome to apply. Strong writing and research skills and excellent academic credentials are required. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a diverse, fast-paced, and collegial environment on challenging matters in the financial services industry.
