Description
Our client seeks an outstanding Communications, Internet, and Media associate with 2-4 years of regulatory experience in fixed and mobile telephony, wireless, and spectrum areas. The ideal candidate will support major industry sectors, including wireless, broadband, media, satellite, and the Internet economy, with duties involving legal research, writing, and oral advocacy before various government agencies. Strong academic credentials, excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills, and the ability to perform effectively in a law firm environment are essential. Membership in or eligibility for the D.C. bar is required, and experience with communications-related litigation, commercial, or compliance matters, particularly the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), is a plus.
