COMPLEX COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (2515)
Description
Our client is seeking an Associate to join its Litigation Group in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have a JD, be admitted to the Texas and/or Arkansas Bar, and possess a minimum of 4+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation, including product liability, complex tort, negligence, class actions, and consumer fraud. Experience in state and federal courts, as well as previous clerkship experience, is advantageous. Responsibilities include developing litigation strategies, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, handling depositions, and managing all aspects of discovery and trial preparation. Strong analytical, writing, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
