COMPLEX COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (2884)
Description
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced mid-level associate to join their complex commercial litigation group in New York, NY. The ideal candidate should have at least four years of broad-based, general litigation experience in a top-tier law firm or similar experience as a Federal Court judicial clerk. Essential skills include strong writing, research, and case management, with experience coordinating matters in New York State and Federal courts through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, expert development, and trial. Candidates should also have experience managing all aspects of discovery in large, high-stakes cases, taking and defending depositions, and drafting and arguing motions. Excellent academic credentials and strong organizational, analytical, writing, and verbal skills are required. Admission to the New York Bar is mandatory.
